i've been heeding the signs presented before me in the last 5 months and finally gave up eating meat a few months ago.. listened to this last night and it makes a lot of sense in regarding the way we treat and consume animals and how it affects us spiritually and metaphysically..…

So there is species that find their style in life, but all use opportunity for meat. Free masons keep secrets from the rest of humanity, that what makes for them lie more comfy.

so you did listen to the lecture? Freemasons always keeping secrets, ah, but feel free to throw in the jesuits, vatican, occultists and royal bloodlines with them in regards to that.. Humans are the only species really who make conscious choices on what they want to eat- animals eat out of instinct and survival.. We have a choice and whatever kind of lifestyle that be is fine since we all have free will choice.. but what's more desirable, eating healthy high-vibe foods, or lower vibrational nutrition?

I don't know, I wish I knew. So I try everything, just try keep organic stay away from sugar, artificial, processed, ... I noticed that I feel good when I eat fresh foods that spoils fast.

Yes. I listened to the lecture and usually what ever Free masons claim on public opposite is most like likely the truth. I have problem with high-vibe foods or lower vibrational nutrition. How to measure those vibes?

i hear ya... that's good you try to do what you can and stay conscientious of avoiding processed foods and such.. there's interesting images if you seach on google "pyramid high vibration food"... it kinda falls in line with eating more alkaline rich foods.. all in good balance tho.. nutrition isn't always so simple i know

I have a strategy: eat, evaluate how I feel, how my body respond when I smell and taste in order to know if its fits at the moment.
Me body respond very positive to salad , blue cheese walnuts and olive oil in the mix , sauerkraut and kombucha works like energy boost , liver is most power giving food, and If you go for log time exhausting hiking in a few days smoked side pork is seams like irrepressible.

Everything I tried to evaluate, works best if it was long ago sins I try it last time, then positive effect decreasing. After high nutritional density foods I can easy make fasting with out loosing physical strength. Fruits feels most wonderful delightful and tasty, but after few days I rather go hungry then eat them and that is pretty much with everything I try.

So long my strategy is to pay attention how my body respond to site, smell and taste, before I eat and I go for what I crave at the moment. I use power of my will to restrict myself from processed stuff and if I have no appetite then simply skip the meals.

right on sylvester, good for you! sounds like you got some good will power and an intuitive appetite.. I'm actually fasting right now, doing the master lemon cleanse.. like-wise with you, there's so drop in energy or strength.. been at it for over two weeks and shooting for 33 days... i've had to watch what i eat and cut out a lot of stuff too due to some eczema reactions with certain foods..

when it's all said and done, it makes more sense to eat foods the way nature provided them for us more or less..
