Didgevillage As long as you don't use alminium (aluminum) thrice (three times) a day, it won't harm you. However, you never know what your favorite restaurants use in terms of pots and pans, it will be ideal to reduce the use of any aluminum product, including alumite and teflon which is very, very toxic. With the chemtrailing, aluminum content in the environment increased drastically, so it will be good to use homeopathic alumina, along with regular cleansing of the kidneys and liver with herbs, etc.

Didgevillage Chlorella is a species of algae, and some people can take them well, and some can't. I myself will have a severe reaction. Chlorella cannot be recommended to everyone. You just watch your body reaction carefully, because you don't want to find out it's not good for you after years and years of use.
AwakenYaMind nice article and comments.. i gotta cast iron skillet but it's coated with something that's starting to peel off- kinda weary about that.. ceramic pots are legit right? we could do a google search for herbs that efficiently remove toxic metals from the body- i got a nice homemade herbal tea blend that helps- i've seen chlorella in france and boy it's expensive!

Didgevillage If you want chlorophyll, take chlorophyll (in liquid or capsules). Taking any living organism is a gamble, except acidophilus which will die within a short period of time in the digestive tract. Brewer's yeast, which some people rave about, will cause more damage to modern humans whose immune is overtaxed.

Gaynor Notice I get a really bad head ache a few days after a bad Chemtrail spraying week DV
Tuesday 9 May 2017, 23:54:12
Didgevillage Same here. I get a headache too. I thought chemtrails affect eyes, throats, lungs: symptoms most people mistake for "hay fever." What chemicals are really in that damn spray?
If people get respiratory symptoms, you might say it's an allergy of some sort, but someone with "hay fever" in Yokohama told me her dog's eyes were bloodshot for no apparent reason. So you can't laugh it off as something psychosomatic

Gaynor Wow , I thought it was just me, with the old frank Sinatra bloodshot eyes! Not had a hangover for a while ! I've started using chloramphenicol drops which seem to help the dry eye situation, I also read too much without glasses 🙃

Didgevillage Vitamin A and eyebright (herb) help. When I read, I only use one eye and let the other eye rest. When people see me on the train doing that, they think I'm weird. Hey, I'm weird, leave me alone.
