Today, in Holland, the government has voted for the freedom to grow hemp plants for the purpose of sale in coffeeshops. 77 members voted pro and 72 members voted anti.
It's not in my own interest, for I don't use this stuff. But it's decided to put an end to the black market. I'm revealing something about Holland that isn't a reason to be chauvinistic.

Until today, the sale of "stuff" in coffeshops was condoned, but the plantation of hemp- plants was illegal. Don't ask me to explain the logic in this, but alas. Many cases of residents watching their ceiling dripping, due to a flooded hemp plantation in the neighbour's home upstairs, were reported in the news, in all nooks and crannies of the country.

The "value" that is collected by the Dutch police, in locations with these flooded hemp plantations, is sold by the police through the backdoor and lo and behold, that's a welcome income in the treasure chest of Holland! What now, ending the black market?
See what I mean?

From now on, Febr. 21st, it's legal to grow a hemp plantation and I"m almost sure that this will be the end of Holland, sinking slowly below the sea level, with the numerous leaking disasters all over the country. I can picture it, Dutch citizens smiling blissfully, peddling in their bath tubs, shrouded in sweet smelling smoke clouds lol
