Everyone should check out what 3 guys from West Virginia are doing... They have filed suit against the state to break away from the corporate side of "law". Very insightful and anyone within their area could be of help. hudok.info
Amanda Thanks! I've been looking for others working through the court system. I have contacted them and hope to hear back and start sharing info and strategies.
Alex F ... it seems that they have a real basis for inspiring other states to do the same. There are a lot of documents on their site explaining what they're doing, along with countless interviews. I recommend the Steve Gronka interviews to get up to date. They have done a fantastic job to keep it as simple to understand as possible. They have put West Virginia in default and have formed (are forming) a jural society. With the right numbers, say 500 to 2000, we can remove the psychopaths with minimal violence and would only be used as a response to acts of aggression. I believe it is all based on the Maxims of Law, a list of which is found on the website. I'm relatively new to all this, but there are people involved who have been looking for lawful means for decades.

Alex F Also, check out manta.com and http://creditreports.dnb.com/m… and search any "public office" and you will find that every body has a corporation running side by side. It became real when I found a head judge in my city (Rochester, NY) was operating under a corporation titled with her same name. Genius although NOT uncommon by ANY sense of the word. This has helped me make my beliefs real. I've known for a while that this reality is not what it seems, but seeing acting proof in my area has been motivating. Hope this helps. A-

Amanda Thanks Alex. I know about D&B as I worked in accounting for years. It's also where I got the correct CORPORATE NAME to sue the buggers. Problem is without an honorable judge, it's just back and forth. I deny their right to enforce their "laws" against me, and the judge sides with them quoting his/her oath to the STATE. I insist on their oath of impartiality as anterior to their oath to the STATE. I've succeeded in getting one judge to recuse himself, but continue to face a system that has been so convoluted and manipulated, that stripping away the chaff is a constant battle. Wish me luck, next court date is the 18th!

[deleted user] This issue just keeps surfacing and seems at least as important as the ponzi-economy. Someone needs to condense all this hidden corporate material into a brief cogent presentation. The structure is certain, the implications are not, which is why it must be revealed.
