Heart I think what you are describing is anxiety. Yesterday i read a posting from Path: (I found this "ascension ladder" article at in5d.com just now. http://in5d.com/12-stages-of-l…; ) Lots of us are going through what you are experiencing. I will go a bit further, in my case, I find myself having to re-do things, brake downs, etc, etc. I feel that the dark forces are also in their last attempts to sabotage our ascension.

Path Yepp like Heart says. My personal experience is that I take two steps forward and the one back every now and then. Mostly I am really happy, full of love and gratitude to myself and the whole world. Then I get this setback and I really have to struggle hard to feel me heart and feelings again and I just want to "run away"
